What types of events do you provide balloon décor for?

We design balloon décor for birthdays, weddings, corporate events, baby showers, bridal showers, surprise events, graduations, grand openings, and more. If you’re celebrating it, we can elevate it with balloons, florals, personalized add-ons and elegant florals.

Do you offer custom balloon designs to match my event theme?

Absolutely! We specialize in tailoring colors, shapes, and arrangements to perfectly match your theme, venue, and vision.

How far in advance should I book balloon décor for my event?

We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance, especially during busy seasons, to ensure availability and allow enough time for custom designs. However, in the event of special circumstances, depending on the needs of the client, we do our best to accommodate within 7 days’ notice for an additional rush-order fee.

Are your balloons safe for kids?

Yes, our balloons are safe, but as with all balloons, they should be supervised around young children to avoid choking hazards.

Do you offer biodegradable balloons?

Yes, we use high-quality latex balloons, which are 100% biodegradable, along with eco-friendly practices wherever possible. Latex-free balloons can be provided at the request of the client.

How much does balloon décor cost?

Prices vary depending on the size and complexity of the design. Basic décor starts at around $150, while large installations may range into the thousands. We’ll provide a custom quote that best fits your vision, budget, and inspiration(s) provided by the client.

Do you remove or take down the balloons after the event?

Yes, we offer a strike/take-down service for an additional fee. Many clients choose this option for convenience, especially after large events.

Can you match my company’s brand colors?

Definitely! We can custom-match balloon colors to your logo or brand for corporate events, launches, and trade shows.

Do you travel to different venues and locations?

We serve the Monmouth County Area but can travel further for larger scale events. Delivery fees may apply. Inquire for more information.

Do you provide delivery, setup, or breakdown?

Yes, we provide all three services so that our clients can focus on enjoying their event stress-free. For balloon orders only, breakdown services are provided at the discretion of the client.

How long do balloon arrangements last?

Indoor balloon décor can last from several hours up to a week, depending on the design and environment. Outdoor décor may have a shorter lifespan due to weather conditions.

Do you use helium or air-filled balloons?

We work with both. Helium is best for floating designs like bouquets, while air-filled balloons are ideal for arches, garlands, and sculptures.

Can you create balloon arches and walls?

Yes! Balloon arches, walls, and garlands are what we specialize in and are our most popular décor pieces, perfect for photo backdrops and entrances.

What sizes are your balloon décor packages?

We offer small, medium, and large décor packages, as well as fully custom installations. Whether you need a simple bouquet or a grand balloon wall, we’ve got you covered.

What if I need to cancel my event after I have paid my deposit?

Our policies indicate that all deposits are non-refundable. However, we know that life happens, and we will gladly re-book your event and apply that deposit for a new date (within 6 months of the cancellation date).
